Corona Chores

Do wear a mask

that’s not a big ask

And please, give me some space

this isn’t a race

True, touching an elbow is horribly bland

but much more sanitary than shaking a hand

And while we are at it: cough into your arm

this will help protect us from harm

The key is to observe basic hygiene

in particular, keep your hands clean

And don’t touch your face

that could put you – and others- in a bad place

And stay away from big gatherings

these can spark medical happenings

With many a little gest

we can shape a big part of the rest.
